Business Development Manager (Security Sector) - Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 per annum, OTE £50,000 Year 1
Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for the security sector? People Focused Recruitment (PFR) is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for two Business Development Managers to join their team based in Nottingham. We are looking for one individual to cover the North and another to cover the South.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Presenting and promoting security solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the security sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the designated region (North or South)
